Corporate Recruiter - Contract

Husqvarna Forest & Garden is seeking a Contract Corporate Recruiter to support our Human Resources Department. This position is self-directed in the management of their day-to-day work load and requires professionalism and extreme accountability. The successful candidate will work 15-30 hours per week, primarily from a home office and must provide personal computer and internet connection.

Job Responsibilities include:
Screen resumes and cover letters from a web based applicant tracking system.
Phone screen qualified candidates, providing notes and follow up steps in the applicant tracking system.
Interview (10-15 hours per month?) candidates face-to-face at Husqvarna corporate office.
Schedule 2nd and 3rd round interviews for hiring managers.
Schedule behavioral assessments.
Remain in contact with candidates and close out candidates as needed.
Attend occasional on-site (north Charlotte) meetings.
REQUIREMENTS
Experience
Qualified candidates must have professional recruiting experience.
Experience in sales cultures a plus.
Behavioral interviewing knowledge and experience required.
