Corporate Real Estate Transformation: Improvement of CRE operational performance, focused on technology, processes, organization, and services. Systems Strategy and Selection, Organizational review and design.
 
Capital and Facility Strategies: Capital Projects Advisory Services/ Workplace Strategy/ Facility Planning & Strategy/ Capital Process Improvement/ Portfolio Strategy & OptimizationA Manager at Deloitte Consulting LLP will manage and deliver components of client engagements that identify, design, and implement technology and creative business solutions for large companies.  You will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing senior client relationships and leading consultant and client project teams from project planning through execution.  A qualified candidate must have 7 to 10 years of industry and consulting experience, focused on C-suite and VP-level client executives. An advanced degree or MBA is preferred; University degree is required
.
 
Successful candidates will have:
        7 to 10 years of diverse professional experience across the corporate real estate development cycle
        Hired, developed, motivated staff, as leader, mentor, and role model
        Proven track record of delivering professional services
        Experience dealing with large, complex real estate portfolios
        Proven leadership skills, with strong team-oriented interpersonal skills
