A leader in the Oil & Gas/Energy community is looking for a corporate HR recruiter. This is an exciting career opportunity for a driven and enthusiastic experienced professional. Daily activities include: posting and recruiting for open positions, interviewing potential new hires, verification of all HR and personnel paperwork, processing new hires, terminations, run backgrounds and drug program administration. In addition, this position requires collecting and verifying employee timesheets, prepare payroll for send out, prepare payroll adjustment forms and commission reports.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualified candidates must have 3 - 5 years recruiting experience for a variety of disciplines as well as strong HR knowledge and understanding; proficient knowledge in all Microsoft Office applications; superb people skills complimented by excellent communication skills; ability to work with all levels of personnel.
