Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator

The Senior Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator will be a critical position in the day to day administration of a large multi-year program with multiple subcontractors. This person will monitor subcontractor performance for conformance to original subcontract and resultant task order requirements; ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that performance is in accordance with legal requirements and regulations. With supervision and direction from the Contracts/Subcontracts Manager, they will prepares and disseminate information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation and termination. The Senior Contracts/Subcontracts Administrator will initiate documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum qualifications include a BA/BS in business or related field, and 5+ years of experience in Federal and/or State Government contracting, as well as experience dealing with large programs with multiple subcontractors. Excellent oral and written communication skills, strong educational credentials, and innovative problem-solving abilities are required. He/she must be willing to travel on occasion.
