Contract Technical Recruiter

Volt Technical has a client in Boulder with a 6-month contract Technical Recruiter opening.
Provide recruiting assistance to Staffing Dept. with responsibility for exempt and non-exempt personnel requirements. Effectively interface with Management and employees; communicate and interpret established policies, practices, programs and laws.
This is an 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. W-2 on-site position.

Requirements:

Prior recruiting experience within a technical organization. Excellent interpersonal skills. Knowledge of all applicable laws, regulations and procedures. Ability and willingness to maintain confidentiality. Good computer skills and experience utilizing a resume database.
