Contract Recruiter summary:

Our client, a top firm in the Dallas area, is currently seeking to hire a Contract Recruiter to recruit for approximately ten management level roles (Assistant Managers and Director) for the firm's various retail stores in the DFW metroplex. Strong candidate sourcing and cold calling abilities are a must as well as the ability to manage candidate/client relationships. An understanding of the retail service industry and the marketplace will be essential to develop a successful recruiting campaign.
REQUIREMENTS
Contract Recruiter requirements:
In-office role, with possibility of working remotely from home a few days a week
Work from the office when Regional Manager is in the office
Will report to Manager of Field Recruitment based in New Jersey
Must be assertive and confident with ability to build credibility
Duration of assignment is 2 months
Need contract recruiter to start as soon as possible
Need to have all retail stores fully staffed by 10/1/06
3-5+ years in retail recruiting
High volume recruiting environment
Ability to cold call into other retail stores to source quality candidates
Understanding and use of various job boards (Monster, Career Bank, Hot Jobs)
Excellent oral and written communication skills along with sales/closing techniquesWe offer:
