Consumer Research Analyst

Hallmark Consumer Research has an opening for a self starting, energetic individual with strong marketing research and consulting skills to join the group as a consumer research analyst. In this position you will:
•Be responsible for supporting the Hallmark Direct business within Hallmark.com (which includes Flowers & Gifts), and other new business ventures within Hallmark.com.
•Work directly with clients to understand their needs, offering creative research solutions to address their business issues, and effectively communicate results to influence decision-makers.
•Integrate data from multiple data sources (primary, secondary, behavioral) to identify insights that tell the "whole consumer story".
•Address current key issues including consumer satisfaction and loyalty, consumer profiling and targeting, consumer experience (UI) research, product and pricing research, and research to support new business development.

REQUIREMENTS
•Bachelors degree required. Master's degree preferred in the following areas; marketing research, business, or social science.
•At least 5 years experience required in a marketing research role, preferably supporting a dot com business.
•Proficiency in Excel and Word required.
•Strong communication, relationship building and consulting skills are required.
•The ideal candidate will have experience conducting research for a dot com enterprise, strong quantitative and qualitative research skills, and the ability to work autonomously and proactively with the client team. Proficiency in SPSS, Access, and web analytic tools (e.g., Omniture) are highly desired; as is the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
