Consultative Customer Service Rep

CT offers a full range of corporate and Uniform Commercial Code services for corporate legal departments and law firms. Every day we help thousands of companies file every kind of document required to establish, merge or dissolve a business entity. We also help execute the due diligence required for these transactions, such as ordering certificates of good standing, searching for tax liens, pending suits, judgments and bankruptcies.

As an Associate Customer Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying customer needs and requests for public record searching and filings. Personalized training will enable you to communicate with customers, answer inquiries about our products and services and develop proficiency in using CT's electronic products. You will be able to create, track, and follow-up on work orders to guarantee high quality service throughout a work orders lifecycle from start to finish.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identifying customer needs and setting clear expectations regarding capability of our products and services
Performing all order fulfillment activities, including a review of filing procedures, completion of documents and interaction with customers.
Will assist in development of accounts, answering customer inquiries regarding UCC services, compile search results and interact with correspondent networks.
Provide quality consultative customer service to all accounts.
Responsible for order, financial and customer record maintenance.
REQUIREMENTS
2 years experience working in a customer service role.
Bachelors degree required.
Knowledge of MS Office/Internet, ability to learn new applications.
Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
Ability to multi-task is required.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high energy environment.
Ability to foster teamwork in support of reaching team performance goals.
