Consultant Recruiter

Our client, a national healthcare recruiting company is seeking individuals with sales experience or acumen to speak with, screen and qualify potential buyers of their healthcare recruiting business opportunity.

Consultant Recruiters will interview, screen and qualify potential buyers of a healthcare recruiting opportunity and identify applicants suited for assistant sales roles.

The right candidate will possess:

Documented sales or like experience
High money motivation
Deep enthusiasm
Experience selling on the telephone
Ability to be on the phone six hours a day and handle high call volumes
Professional business vocabulary
Energetic phone presence
Ability to control phone conversations and direct prospects through a sales process
Technical skills to work with Microsoft Office, type applications and email

This is a position that requires a great deal of constant phone work. It is also a position that pays very well. Base is $30,000 with the ability to do an additional $10,000-$20,000 in bonuses. Hours are from 8am to 5pm.

Must live in West County St. Louis area within 20 minutes of 270 and highway 40.
