Managing Consultant
Senior Telephony Consultant
Senior Implementation Consultant
Implementation Consultant

Each role requires varying levels of experience in project management and the ability to follow processes. Must be proficient in MS Project, have a working knowledge of relational database concepts, have fundamental server and networking skills, have exceptional communication skills, and have a four year college degree. Experience in successful deliveries of contact management solutions preferred. The ability to travel is required.
