Consultant-Marketing

Duties: Analyze, identify and develop action plans to address emerging regional churn trends.
Develop and maintain regional churn reporting for sales channel leadership.
Lead monthly regional churn council meetings.
Regional liaison to Area CRM team.
Develop, implement and execute successful marketing programs to reduce churn in the KS/MO region.
Champion regional churn programs to call centers and sales channels.
Develop and implement regional front-line communication programs to ensure understanding of programs and goals associated with churn management.
Drive utilization of churn management sales tools including Campaign Manager and Sales Force Automation.
Develop and make recommendations for effective offers or incentives designed to reduce churn.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in related field (Marking, Business), MBA preferred
Minimum 5 years experience in Loyalty or Marketing required.
Project management experience and proven ability to run multiple programs with successful history.
Wireless experience preferred; understanding of communications industry and related products & services.
Proficiency in computer software (Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Proficiency in database mining and management (Cognos)
Proven ability to influence, gain consensus and drive specific KPI's related to churn management.
