Consultant - Human Capital Management

Primary Responsibilities:
We are a consulting firm that helps companies create value through people for better business results. We are in a rapid growth mode and are looking to develop Consultants to support client projects. By working with (other) Senior-level Consultants and Principals, you will be mentored by the best.

In this role you will provide analytical data and support, apply your strong computer and research skills, participate as an integral member of project teams, interact with clients, assist in writing and structuring client presentations and proposals, and share your strategic thinking capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS
Qualifications:
BA/BS degree or equivalent
3 - 5 years Human Resource generalist experience
Prior research experience
Strong Microsoft and office skills
Proven analytical and quantitative skills
Solid interpersonal skills and professionalism
Self-direction, ability to work with little supervision
