No relocation assistance offered.BearingPoint is seeking a highly motivated individual to serve in a lead role for a new engagement in Strategy & Innovation in a client office. This opportunity is for a highly motivated individual who is eager to learn and take on a challenging opportunity.The ideal candidate will have a total of up to 3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for the construction and ongoing maintenance of a Balanced Scorecard (BSC) system. In this capacity, the candidate will provide leadership and management to the organization in the area of scorecard development, ongoing process management of the BSC process, development and tracking of operational performance measures (financial and non-financial) and initiatives required to achieve strategic objectives. In addition, the candidate will bear the responsibility for the ongoing validity and integrity of the BSC reporting mechanisms. The individual will develop and utilize mission critical performance reports for executive level reporting and work with clients to make informed tactical and strategic decisions.
The candidate will possess strong skills in strategic planning, performance measurement, balanced scorecard, development of Key Performance Indicators, and project management. The candidate will have strong written, communication, and presentation skills.Required experience:
Minimum of 3 years business experience.
1 year plus consulting and management experience.
1 year plus hands-on project management experience, including ability to design and maintain project schedule for all projects.
1 year plus of business process improvement.
1 year plus of work experience in strategic planning.
Work experience in performance measurement, evaluation, and reporting.
Work experience in balanced scorecard planning, development, execution, and sustainability.
Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
Bachelors DegreePreferred Skills
Client management experience.
Visio preferred
Superior writing, editing, and verbal communication skills.
A passion for health care.
Experience in State, Local and/or Federal government.
