Consultant ATG

Assessment Design & Research Consultant needed in Pittsburgh area.
This role will be responsible for leading the development of new assessments, conducting and documenting research on assessment effectiveness, initiating and coordinating process improvements, and monitoring ongoing assessment projects. The consultant will also work with other DDI consultants and clients to ensure efficiency and accuracy during the launch of new assessment systems and periodically throughout the long-term course of client relationships.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

Content Development

Develop and/or direct teams who develop new simulation content (e.g., assessment centers, work samples, situational interviews).

Develop and/or direct teams who develop new simulation content (e.g., assessment centers, work samples, situational interviews).

Assessment Research, Technology Integrity and Process Improvement

Coordinate and conduct research on the effectiveness of DDI’s assessment solutions and on issues relating to the measurement integrity of specific assessments.

Produce assessment research results documents for technical, professional thought leadership and marketing purposes.

Develop and implement process improvement recommendations for DDI’s assessment solutions.

Manage the advancement of ongoing and long-term assessment research efforts.

Delivery and Delivery Support

Consult with clients and DDI consultants to design integrated assessment solutions that meet business needs.

Coordinate/conduct validation research or other forms of outcome research for projects involving new and existing assessment tools.

Provide post-implementation support for ongoing assessment projects (e.g., monitoring, assessor and content calibration) that are deployed in the U.S. and internationally.

Conduct “ad-hoc” research investigations to support client requests and new business opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS
Ph.D. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.

Two or more of the following are highly desirable:
Experience with the development of assessment content.

Experience with large-scale applied research.

Experience with creating and maintaining technical documentation.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success in building effective internal and external customer relationships.
