All Standard Operating Procedures (SOP`s) should be well understood and followed. NOC Staff shall be responsible for the configuration and fine tuning of EOP monitoring tools. NOC Staff will work occasionally with VIP clientele and must be able to conduct themselves in a professional manner and relay any necessary information to management. NOC Staff shall be responsible for the processing of production housekeeping and production jobs. NOC Staff shall work with technical staff gathering status and disseminate this information using the Severity (Sev) SOP. The NOC Operator will complete periodic inventories, perform monitoring, and create reports as needed. The NOC staff will work with the team to give support, training, and guidance to junior or lesser experienced staff. The NOC staff creates log and turnover of information to on coming shifts to make sure that accuracy of data is valid and outstanding issues are documented. NOC staff provides Helpdesk Services, Tier 1 support and maintains a situational awareness at the EOP. NOC staff helps to identify procedural errors and takes them back to the source or management. The NOC Staff will work to ensure that procedures and processes are clear and will be followed going forward. Provides knowledgeable assistance and coordination with facilitates efforts, field engineers, service providers, vendors and other outside support of the organization. NOC Staff shall be able to perform the duties assigned with minimum supervision.Travel Requirements: None
