Compensation Project Manager
Dulles, VA
$58K-$88KThe primary responsibilities for this position include conducting leveling evaluations, leading the development and delivery of compensation training, job slotting for acquisitions and leading compensation projects such as Annual Review, ESPP and Deferred Compensation Plan enrollment and LTIP coordination. This position will also spend time researching external best practices to ensure compensation system remains competitive. Must possess a strong background in project management with previous compensation experience strongly preferred. Must be detail oriented and possess excellent oral and written communication skills.
