Compensation Consultant - Human Capital Advisory Services

The Compensation Consultant works with organizations to identify the financial and people factors that drive value. The Consultant assists with developing performance measures and target-setting systems as well as compensation systems that help support and reinforce the organization's business objectives. To fulfill this role, the Consultant will:

Analyze and design compensation programs, performance measurement frameworks, and performance management systems

Develop solutions that address client attraction and retention needs

Identify new ways to improve service and product offerings to maximize client satisfaction

Direct and structure the analysis of client financial, strategic, and organization information

Manage members of project teams and day-to-day project activities.
REQUIREMENTS
2 - 3 years of previous finance/consulting experience BA/BS degree in finance, economics, accounting or equivalent experience preferred Demonstrated record of academic and personal achievement Superior analytical and communication skills as well as excellent interpersonal and team skills Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
