Compensation Consultant

Under general direction, assists in the development, documentation, implementation and evaluation of classification and compensation programs. Specific responsibilities include consulting on organizational structures/restructures; classifying and determining grade levels based on market and/or ranking; identifying and participating in salary surveys; analyzing market data to determine external and internal equity of pay ranges and pay practices; leading variable pay program design and implementation; assisting in developing and maintaining performance management systems; and serving as a resource to HR Shared Services team members in the recruitment and retention of staff.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Finance or related area or equivalent combination of education and experience. Extensive experience in Human Resources (5 - 7 years) with at least 3 to 5 years specifically in Compensation. Experience in Executive Compensation and/or Benefits preferred. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
