Community Support Worker- Children's Services

Swope Health Services is seeking successful Community Support Workers in the Behavioral Health Department. Professional candidate to provide assessment, case management and monitoring services to children and adolescents in the Children's Services area of the Behavioral Health department.
REQUIREMENTS
Successful candidate to assess and monitor an individual's adjustment to community living. Provides a variety of direct services to clients designed to maintain the client in the community.Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling or related field required.
One to three years experience working with children, adolescents and their families necessary. Strong interpersonal skills, good verbal and written communication skills.
