Coordinates and assists in the development of communication pieces for internal and external distribution.

Responsible for publishing monthly managers’ meeting highlights and various communications as requested. Responsible for dissemination of branding guidelines throughout Affinity.

Interacts with Corporate communications team.

Assists in the development, update and maintainance of Affinity collateral material.

Responsible for assisting in the coordination and compilation of copy for proposals.

Researches various subject matters for communication projects.

Assists in the support of Affinity communication and ad hoc special requests.SPECIAL SKILLS:

Excellent communication skills both verbal and written. Samples of written communication are required.

Excellent interpersonal skills - strong networking ability.

Experience in coordination of Requests for Proposals a plus.

Ability to create and update PowerPoint presentations for client meetings and internal communication.

Detail oriented and focused on project deadlines.

Must have knowledge of Microsoft Suite of Tools including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat Professional.MINIMUM EDUCATION:
BA in Communications, English, Journalism or other liberal arts discipline, or equivalent experience.MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
