REQUIREMENTS
Our Miami office has an opening for a Coastal/Marine Engineer with training and experience in the area of coastal engineering and marine design. A Masters degree in Coastal/Marine Engineering with a minimum of five years experience is required.

The position requires coastal engineering expertise in shoreline protection, breakwater/wave attenuator design, wave run-up studies, sediment transport studies, groins and protective structure design, erosion protection and beach nourishment. Additional experience includes planning, design, permitting, bidding and construction administration services in connection with Waterfront Facilities, including marinas, docks, seawalls, dredging activities and permitting. Knowledge of current rules and regulations of state and federal agencies, including the Department of Environmental Protection, the United States Corps of Engineers, and FEMA is essential.
