Key responsibilities of the Clinical Programs Manager include:
Providing a wide scope of oversight for 9 to 12 Care Advocates, and giving clinical and administrative guidance as necessary
Hiring new team members and monitoring overall workflow and productivity
Reviewing staff performance and training the team on new and existing policies
Collaborating with other internal and external groups on various management and care advocacy functions
Writing, developing and analyzing action plans for the department
Job Requirements:
Candidates must have Psychiatric RN licensure, Master's-level mental health licensure, or PhD designation to be considered for this role. Clinical experience is also needed, and public sector mental health/Medicaid experience is essential. Ideal candidates would have a background in medical/behavioral coordination services, acute psychiatric care, chemical dependency, outpatient therapy, data analysis, management and/or new account implementations. PC proficiency is a must, including typing skills and MS Office applications.
