We are seeking a good communicator with a diverse background to join our Business Development group in our Cypress, CA office. This is a dynamic position that will make contact with a wide range of internal departments and external businesses, making this a high profile job that will be a key part of our Fortune 100 healthcare organization. The job also features the potential to telecommute part of the time. The Clinical Operations Consultant will interface with various medical business operations departments on a project basis, solving problems and improving quality.



Key responsibilities include:


Facilitating and implementing new projects dealing with utilization management, claims, medical records, benefits, and other areas


Developing strategic approaches to maintaining medical management operations


Analyzing financial and utilization metrics to identify trends and recommend improvement strategies
Serving as internal liaison for medical management projects

Job Requirements:

Only RNs licensed in California with extensive experience will be considered for this position. You must also be computer proficient. Managed care and/or project management experience is preferred, as is a BSN degree. Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus. If you meet these criteria, and you are a strong communicator who thrives in an autonomous role then you could be an excellent candidate for this uncommon position.
