Client Technologies Consultant
Responsibilities:
Plan and implement IT Asset Management (ITAM) auditing software for our clients across the U.S.
Serve as Tier 2 support for ITAM auditing software.
Act as a liaison to development.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s (BS) in Computer Science and two years’ experience in LAN administration or Associate’s (AS) in Computer Science and five years’ experience in LAN Administration.
MCSE/CNA certifications are preferred.
Qualified candidates must have excellent customer service skills.
Must be able to communicate clearly, concisely and accurately with people at all levels of the organization, both verbally and in writing.
Very detail oriented and excellent documentation skills.
Flexibility to travel up to 10%.
