Client Services Consultant – Phoenix, AZ

Provides qualified retirement plan account management support locally in the Phoenix regional sales office through direct producer, client and participant contact. Primary responsibilities include: due diligence/plan reviews with key decision makers including discussions about plan design and investments, plan installation and transition support, one-on-one client education of roles and responsibilities with maintaining a qualified retirement plan, and onsite enrollment meetings/seminars. Also provides technical support to clients and communicates the application of legislative issues. The focus of this position is asset retention and growth.
REQUIREMENTS
Two plus years experience, with qualified retirement plan management experience including 401(a), 401(k). 403(b). etc. Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of work experience and education required. NASD licenses (or ability to obtain within four months of accepting position). Excellent verbal and communication skills required. Requires strong presentation skills and the ability to resolve issues for Retirement Services clients. Must have the ability to travel to client and producer sites within own territory. Two to four nights per month approximate overnight travel is required. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
