Client Relationship Manager

National financial planning firm seeks experienced Series 6 or Series 7 licensed financial planning or investment professional for Client Relationship Manager position in Jacksonville multi-advisor branch. This is an ideal position for someone looking for steady employment and the ability to transition to being a full-time advisor over time within the same firm.

The successful candidate must be analytical, detail-oriented, and a people-oriented individual.

Duties Include:

Facilitate the financial planning process by preparing appointment casework, presentation documents, and applicationsSecurities and insurance paperwork processingTransactional follow-up to ensure accuracy and completenessHandle client service calls
Meet with clients for paperwork administration
Confirmation of appointments and seminar reservations

NASD Series 6 or Series 7 license required, as well as ability to successfully complete background checks. College degree or equivalent work experience required. Also must be proficient in MS Windows/Word/Excel skills.

Experience working at a major broker/dealer or wirehouse, familiarity with clearing firm procedures, and/or familiarity with Registered Investment Advisory firms a plus.
