Client Care Data Specialist (PART-TIME/FLEX HOURS AVAIL)

We currently have opportunities available for full time hours - 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM, and Flexible part time hours Monday through Friday in our Client Services Organization located in Vernon Hills, IL.Responsibilities:
Receive and process customer orders.Ensure all orders are complete and accurate in a timely manner. Run daily order confirmations and fax as necessary.
Provide support and backup to Customer Service for credit process.
Answer customer questions regarding status of tickets, depot and reports. Provide support and backup to Customer Service to expedite orders to maintain on-time shipping. Expedite customer repairs and credits as needed. REQUIREMENTS
High School Education/GED
1 year of experience in order entry in a Customer Service Department.
Solid alpha/numeric data entry/computer skills (Word/Excel)required. 35 WPM+
SAP/Baan experience is a plus.Excellent customer service skills and good follow-through.Good oral and written communication
