Responsibilities include developing and executing recruitment plans to source the required volume of candidates through the utilization of a variety of recruitment venues. Internet sourcing, cold calling, participation in trade shows/career fairs, direct mail campaigns, local and national advertising, employee referral promos, university relationships and networking within professional associations and financial industries. Developing successful parnerships with Human Resources and hiring authorities. Training hiring authorities ina a variety of recruitment techniques. Ensuring compliance with state and federal laws governing selection and hiring. The ability to consistently meet and exceed hiring metrics and to successfully manage multiple tasks. REQUIREMENTS


Four-year college degree or equivalent in business or related field and minimum 2 years of financial services recruitment experience. Large volume recruitment experience is strongly preferred. Strong organization and communication skills. Phones, filing and typing 45 wpm. Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel and Internet Searching. Experience in recruiting Loan Officers and Account Executives preferred



Taleo experience preferred

Peoplesoft experience preferred



Experience in an Financial Industry preferred
