Cisco IPT Telephony Design EngineerProfile:
This is a exciting, challenging and highly rewarding opportunity for a Cisco IP Telephony Design Engineer who will be responsible for the design and implementation of Cisco IP Telephony solutions, which consist of; Call Manager, Unity, QOS, Data Infrastructure, Call Manager Express, SRST and CER. The successful candidate willbring their depth of experience to produce full design specification packages, including system requirements, device configurations, network diagrams and feature sets.

Challenges / Results:
Successful candidates must have excellent experience in the following:
Exceptional design and implementation experience with Cisco IP Telephony in large enterprise customers.
Must have designed IP telephony solutions for customers with 200 users or greater,including Call Manager and Unity.

Actions / Results:
Conduct complex analyses, evaluations and system design and configuration studies to evaluate access and feasibility based on business requirements and best interests of the company and implement and support the planned design. Provide technicalleadership, guidance and solutions to our customers.

Technology/ Skills:Must have deigned a minimum of two (2) IPT implementations of 200 users or greater in the past 2 years.Must have designed IP telephony solutions for customers with 200 users or greater, including Call Manager and Unity.
A current Microsoft MCSE certification is preferred.
-Must have a minimum of one of the following Cisco Specializations;
*Cisco IP Telephony Design specialization *Cisco IP Telephony Operations specialization *IP Telephony Support specialization
*IP Telephony Unity Design specialization
*IP Telephony Unity Support specialization
Must have designed and implemented Cisco Unity including a migrated of a minimum of 200 users from a traditional PBX environment.
Good verbal and written communication skill a must.
Ability to travel up to 40%. IPT solution design, implementation and management
Supporting research and deployment of new networking technologies (IDS, IP Telephony, etc).
Cisco IPT design and Implementation experience with customers of 1000 users or greater, is preferred.
