The Human Capital Organization & Change Group helps clients to lead and sustain change initiatives in order to improve performance. Our change initiatives include mergers and restructurings, regulatory programs, new strategy, workforce transition, new market focus, and technology/process transformations. Organization & Change Services include communications, training, cultural assessment/alignment, and all aspects of change management.
Organization & Change is currently searching for ERP/Technology Training candidates with the following:
Requirements:
         A minimum of 5 years experience working in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment.
         5+ years experience contributing to the strategic design and
implementation of custom training solutions in conjunction with large-scale SAP rollouts. While SAP experience is preferred, PeopleSoft, Siebel and/or Oracle experience will also be considered.
         Ideal candidates will have experience developing blended learning/instructional design solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) as well as strategic communication and change management plans. Learning Management System (LMS) experience also a plus.
         Sr. Consultants must have 3+ years experience leading project teams of 5-10 resources on relevant training and change management engagements.
         Master's Degree/MBA and consulting experience is highly preferred.
         Extensive travel to national client locations is required.
