The Human Capital Organization & Change Group helps clients to lead and sustain change initiatives in order to improve performance. Our change initiatives include mergers and restructurings, regulatory programs, new strategy, workforce transition, new market focus, and technology/process transformations. Organization & Change Services include communications, training, cultural assessment/alignment, and all aspects of change management.Organization & Change is currently searching for Managers with the following experience:
Requirements:
A minimum of 10 years experience working in a relevant industry or consulting team-oriented environment.
6+ years experience leading change management, communications and/or strategic design/implementation of custom
training solutions in conjunction with large-scale ERP rollouts or M&A, shared services, offshoring or outsourcing client initiatives. While SAP experience is preferred, PeopleSoft, Siebel and Oracle experience will also be considered.
Ideal candidates will have experience developing blended learning /instructional design solutions (web-based training, instructor-led training) as well as learning management systems (LMS), strategic communication and change management planning.
Managers must have extensive experience leading large teams, growing client relationships and making significant contributions to business development initiatives.
Master's Degree/MBA and consulting experience is highly preferred.
Extensive travel to national client locations is required
