Career Development Executive I

CAREER DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE I
The Full Employment Council, a premier workforce organization, is seeking to fill the position for a Career Development Executive in the NORTHLAND office. The individual will be responsible for providing career counseling/recruitment services for potential FEC clientele. Assist and guide clients in developing training and employment strategies that lead to career oriented employment. Provide pre and post-employment in helping customers achieve their goals. Conduct orientation and testing assessment of various FEC clienteles, provide follow-up of FEC clientele to ensure retention in training programs and their results in employment. Provide information on FEC programs. Requires Bachelor’s degree in education, counseling, or related field and experience in career/vocational counseling preferred. Must have excellent reference, reliable transportation with insurance and be able to work in a culturally diverse work environment.
