The Regional Recruiting Leader provides leadership to ensure that PwC is the # 1 employer in the profession.
Manage and develop recruiters within region - coach each member of the team, share knowledge, and communicate national campus recruiting strategy and ideas. Supervise recruiters and coordinators to ensure quality standards for their work and to provide guidance on career development issues. Work to identify appropriate recruiting representatives for national special projects. Manage recruiter’s performance and objectives; ensure that performance feedback is consistent and frequent. Manage the performance appraisal evaluations for all recruiters/coordinators within region. Establish and manage headcount/goals and recruiting process in the respective regions. Prioritize and communicate revised goal changes with HR leadership and COE on a continual basis. Communicate goals and strategy to broader Partner/HR group within the region and solicit on-going feedback on campus recruiting performance. Analyze all Recruiting Tracking System reports and communicate and discuss results with COE, regional HR and partner leadership. Ensure that local recruiters are updating the system in timely manner and according to national reporting schedules. Develop and maintain strong relationships with Regional HR Leaders and Resource Manager, Regional practice leaders and other Regional Recruiting Leaders Manage regional recruiting budget once allocated to region. Lead diversity recruiting efforts for the region in order to obtain projected percentages for both FT and Intern hires for all service lines. Manage your own functional role of recruiter (screening, interviews, events etc) with your Regional leadership role as it relates to your region. Manage and oversee implementation of special projects related to recruiting process improvement, training and special programs, and firmwide initiatives within the respective region. Be visible when needed at Priority Schools within the respective regions.
