Campus Recruiting Coordinator - New York City

Work with Campus Recruiters to coordinate college recruiting activities for the New York office and other consulting practices as needed. Handle correspondence with candidates and serve as administrative support during the recruiting process.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Manage scheduling of presentations, interviews and events for all on-campus recruiting efforts including
summer interns and full-time hires.
2. Complete "follow through" with candidates regarding: initial contact, coordination of interviews, completion of appropriate letters and/or forms, collecting feedback from interviewers, answering any questions that the candidate may have, ensuring new hire file is complete before sending it to HR for processing.
3. Track and report on all recruiting expenses.
4. Manage scheduling, letters and communications.
5. Track resumes and report recruiting statistics - i.e., open positions, fills, transfers, on monthly basis.
6. Manage the Applicant Tracking System New York office.
7. Coordinate the on-boarding process and assist with administration surrounding new hire and intern orientations, working closely with other members of the recruiting and HR teams.
8. Perform phone coverage, typing, mailing, faxing and photocopying.
9. Support Campus Recruiter(s), as needed

Qualifications:
- 4-year college degree or equivalent knowledge & experience preferred.
- Proficient in office computer software/systems (MSOffice, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are necessary.
- Ability to work well in a team setting.
- Ability to manage multiple commitments.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work in an office environment, but candidate must also be able to do on-site college visits which will require travel.
