Job Responsibilities:
Devise and implement local and vital strategic school campus recruiting programs to hire the quality and quantity of graduate and undergraduate candidates set by firm and national leadership.
1. Direct and coordinate campus recruiting activities that may include communications, on-site interviewing and other administrative details for campus recruiting.
2. Establish relationships with placement office directors and initiate activities on campus to promote firm at selected local/regional universities including advertising, career fairs, information sessions and on-campus interviews.
3. Develop and participate in all activities such as
presentations, career fairs, in-office and campus interviews, "sell" receptions/dinners/weekends.
4. Initial selection of candidates through resume review process.
5. Manage on-going contact with offerees to promote firm and influence decision to join firm.
6. Manage scheduling of all presentations, interviews and events for all on-campus recruiting efforts including summer interns and full-time hires.
7. Record, update and analyze all recruiting data for regional undergraduate and advanced degree schools. Responsible for weekly reporting to national recruiting.
8. Effectively communicate appropriate information to all Campus Champions and practice leadership for our service lines, which include Human Capital, Strategy & Operations, Technology Integration, and Enterprise Aplications.
9. Monitor budgets for targeted campuses. Manage the design and implementation of miscellaneous recruiting initiatives and assigned special projects
.Qualifications
4-year college degree and a minimum of 2-4 years of prior relevant experience preferred.
Proficiency in office computer software/systems (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication, presentation and interpersonal skills. Excellent people and project management skills. Strong knowledge of the consulting industry, business terminology and processes. Broad knowledge of regional leadership, business/market opportunities and recruiting challenges.
