Campus Recruiter

BearingPoint is seeking a campus recruiter to support our Corporate campus recruiting program.Location: McLean, VA (mandatory)Responsibilities:
Meet established hiring targets

Build relationships with schools and attend organized campus events

Generate qualified candidates through cost-effective efforts

Develop knowledge of the marketplace to ensure competitiveness in hiring

Coordinate interview process for campus hires

Source to particular strategy as defined in the performance metrics

Ensure compliance with EEO/Diversity policies including applicant flow logs

Serve as communication liaison for everyone involved in staffing process

Accurately report and track candidate data as requested

Participate in special projects/task forces as assignedRequirements:
3+ years job experience of recruiting experience
2+ years of demonstrated ability to execute staffing strategiesPreferred Qualifications:
Associates or Bachelors Degree
Campus Recruiting experience is highly preferred.
Excellent verbal/written communication & interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to act a leader among team members
Knowledge of multiple recruiting sources with mastery in one or more. Proven understanding of Recruiting and sourcing concepts.
strategy Ability to support/interact with senior practice members
Demonstrated efficiency in word processing and spreadsheet software; Microsoft Suite preferred
Proven ability to handle multiple projects
