Call Center Sales Consultant - Earn up to $50K or more!

The Educational Sales Consultant is responsible for speaking with customers, building rapport and explaining our assessment testing process for Sylvan Learning Centers. Candidate will be responsible for meeting predefined sales conversion rates and scheduling students for assessment testing at the appropriate Learning Center. Candidates will be responsible for delivering seamless and exemplary service to internal and external customers at all times.Job Responsibilities:
Receive incoming "inquiry" phone calls and provide accurate information regarding the assessment testing process. Candidate will be responsible for asking and answering questions to determine the testing needs of the student and make an appropriate recommendation.
Candidate will also be responsible for making outgoing follow-up calls to customers who have called in the past and have not taken the assessment test.
Candidate will review potential schedule opportunities and find a time that works for both the customer and the Learning Center.
Candidate is responsible for converting a predefined number of customers to book an assessment and to show for the assessment.
Candidate will be responsible for recording via the system accurate information obtained during the phone call.
Candidate will be required to work flexible shifts to cover the hour of operations in the contact center.
Candidate must attend four weeks of training and pass all related tests. REQUIREMENTS
3 - 5 years customer sales experience
Strong communication and computer skills
Sales driven
Detailed oriented and strong problem solving skills
BS Degree preferred
Educational related experience preferred
Ability to work different shifts (Monday - Friday, 8:30am – 11:30pm, Sat 9am - 5pm, Sunday 12pm-5pm)
