Must have 6 years of strong functional and business process knowledge within Sales and Marketing specifically in the following:
Development of strategic enterprise sales and marketing plans and ability to execute for a multi-region / multi-site organization
Development of marketing campaigns and execution of campaigns with analysis of marketing results including ROI
Development and management of sales operational processes including, but not limited to: account development; key account management; opportunity and pipeline management; sales planning; lead management; incentive compensation; performance management
Development and management of marketing operational processes including, but not limited to: segmentation; list management; campaign development and management; marketing planning; lead generation; ROI analysis; customer interaction strategies; competitive intelligence
Development or execution of Brand awareness campaignsPreferred 6 years of experience in any of the following:
Customer Relationship Management Principles (Marketing, Sales, Service, Channel Management, Contact Center, Business Intelligence/Analytics)
Customer Value determination and/or profiling
Customer Experience Analysis and Design
Customer Strategy Development (retention, acquisition, service delivery)
Customer Satisfaction Measurement and studies
Contact center operations -designs/implementaiton/managemnt;optimization studies;consolidation planning;channel management strategic planning
Knowledge of CRM COTS packages and technologies
