- Business Acumen

- Analytical Skills - our business analysts have the ability to solve complex and ambiguous business problems through structured thinking and analysis.
- Productivity Tools - our business analysts have in depth knowledge of all of the standard Microsoft Office tools that are required to function within a client project team.
Experience:
- 2-3 years of Big 5 level consulting experience
- CRM experience with CRM products (Siebel, SalesForce.com) or processes (Marketing, Sales Force Automation, Call Centers)
Education
Requires a bachelor's degree in one of the following fields of study.
- Business
Administration
- Marketing
- Economics
- Industrial Engineering
- Psychology
