Client Relationship Manager, Training & Development

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Client Relationship Manager, Training & DevelopmentBuild and maintain strategic relationships with partners and clients.
Work closely with Business Leaders on-site and off-site within sales to determine standard course revisions and creative solutions to develop new course offerings.
Provide Pre-sales consultative services– creating sales presentations and demos and accompanying sales reps on client sales calls or follow-up meetings as subject matter expert.
Respond to RFPs as needed.
Provide Post-consultative services – Follow-Up on client satisfaction. Create and Implement Post Assessment Process.
Provide learning theory and course development support to sales team during client meetings as well as written proposals.
Provide Needs Analysis, Gap Analysis to determine proposed solution to clients.
Consult with clients on needs, costs, etc.
Develop and Implement Cost Models.
Track and Compile Pipeline, Budget and Forecast Information.
Liasion with Practice Leaders and SMEs.
Manage Course Development Supervisor.
Must be willing to travel up to 45% (overnight may be necessary)
Marketing – work with Sales team on existing client needs and assist with campaigns.
Consult with clients on course development process and adult learning philosophy.
Work with Lead Generation/Marketing to target viable prospects for marketing campaigns.

PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Remain current with learning theory and technology developments to assist EduNeering in remaining the leader in the development of multi-media based computer-training programs.Grow revenue through new and updated course offerings and campaigns.Maintain a high level of client satisfaction.Must travel to client sites (45% - occasional overnite)

Anticipate problems and address them promptly.Conceptual Thinking – A creative thinker who possesses strong conceptual skills.Follow-up - Attend to all details from inception to completion of a project making sure action steps, assignments and tasks are communicated and completed.Adaptability - Modify approach or style in response to differing circumstances. Is responsive to new methods or strategies.

REQUIREMENTS
Client Relationship Manager, Training & Development

EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS

Exceptional writing and editing skills.Excellent project and staff management skills.Ability to work with clients face-to-face as well as over the phone and via e-mail.Highly skilled in delivering presentations.Proficiency with MS Word, MS Outlook, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.LMS, SFA, ERP Experience a plus.Authoring Tool Experience a plus.Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.Knowledgeable in developing e-learning solutions included blended learning solution delivery. 10.Master’s Degree in Instructional Design preferred.8-10+ years’ experience in instructional design or solution selling. (pharma experience preferred)Experience in performing customer needs and gap analysis, including an ability to identify and articulate multiple options and approaches.Experience Scoping Projects and Building Cost Models a plus.Communication and Organization Skills are mandatory.Travel to 45% required (occasional overnight)

Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Bonus: $3,500 Paid Benefits: medical, dental, vision, matching 401K, healthclub membership
