Business Systems Analyst

Duties: • Gather and document business requirements to understand the basic logic of changes for healthcare membership, eligibility, enrollment and other customer facing applications • Create test cases, test plans, training manuals and logical diagrams • Document database mappings, schema, metric reporting and system testing • Perform systems analysis • Support and work with business units on workflow • Collaborate with developers and technical team on database results Qualifications: • Senior lead support experience • Proficiency with MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio • Experience in Pharmacy or Healthcare a plus • Understanding of databases • Some programming experience (mainframe or open systems) • Experience with the following: o execution of test cases and documenting results o system design and architecture o hardware/software server o network o operating systems o Oracle o WL o SQL queries • Good communication, documentation, business analysis and report generation skills • Team player Additional Information: Contract-to-hire position Contact: Thor Group, Inc.
