Business Process Reengineering Manager

(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.BearingPoint's Public Services Business Transformation Group is currently hiring experienced Business Process Reengineering Managers.This role involves facilitating small group working sessions with Federal clients to define and document processes within all buiness process areas. This effort will involve designing and defining processes and documenting standard operating procedures addressing all business, system, and organizational elements, creating process flows and swimlane diagrams. Appropriate communication vehicles (presentations, job aids, etc.) will also need to be developed so that the new processes and procedures can be presented to the end user community through outreach activities.The nature of the work is tactical, hands-on, and client facing. Knowledge of the Public Service environment, process-mapping tools, simulation tools, and/or similar experience is required.Qualifications include 5-7 years in each of the following areas:Supporting teams doing Business Transformation, Business Process, Lean, Six Sigma, Strategy, Process Mapping, Performance Metrics, Balance Scorecard.Understanding of business process design efforts and linkages to system and organizational requirementsExperience in leading/facilitating process design effortsProcess Analysis experience – Requirements gathering through recommendationsAdditional qualifications:
