The Process Architect analyzes and documents client business requirements and processes.

Lead Business Process Improvement Initiatives, and contributes to the design and delivery of the business components of a holistic solution.

Leads the planning and testing of the solution from a business perspective to verify that all client requirements are incorporated and that the final business applications meet client expectations.

Facilitates process oriented workshops/work sessions.

Supports the efforts of domain specialists, such as Industry, Organization and Business Process in developing the overall client solution Reviews teamwork products to ensure that they are accurate, consistent, and meet client requirements.RESPONSIBILITIES:

Leads business process analysis and process improvement consulting projects on major engagements.

Analyzes customer business process requirements following PTC methodologies.

Mentors and supports the professional development of Business Analyst/Designer Consultants.

Produces written specifications, e.g. System Description Documents, Use Case Documents, etc.

Leverages PTC best practices and knowledge capital to assist in proposal generation and reusable solutions for clients.

Develops new and or innovative ways to address particularly difficult challenges contained in client facing proposals.

Ensures clear understanding of customer's requirements.

Provides input into future PTC functionality, Implementation Methodology and Customization Standards.

Ensures that quality software engineering processes are followed.

Should have an appreciation of the impact of the intended solution on the business financials within the client.

Analyzes the current "As-Is" process and proposes a credible "To-Be" vision along with a plan to get from the current state to the desired state while mitigating risks for the business and the client.

Applies PTC and industry accepted methodologies and Process Analysis tools on the engagement as appropriate. Experience/Educational Requirements:

Bachelors or Masters Degree, preferably in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or similar.

75-80% overnight stay required (USA), Possible significant travel depending on project (Europe).
