Budget Execution (BE) Lead

(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.BearingPoint is currently searching for an experienced Budget Execution(BE) Lead.Preference will be given to candidates local to our Tyson’s office.Required Skills:
Responsible for implementation of Oracle Federal BE module, including requirements analysis, fit/gap analysis, gap closure analysis, business process analysis, module configuration, conference room pilots and workshops, testing, and reports. This client-facing role reports to Business Analysis Team Lead. Must be able to coordinate activities with the client, fellow module leads, technical team, and business transformation team.Functional: Strong knowledge of Oracle Federal BE and GL module and federal budgetary accounting.
Years of Experience: 2 minimum
Preferred Technical: Basic Oracle Applications technical skills, including knowledge of tables, SQL, TOAD.
