Doherty Staffing Solutions, a division of Doherty Employment Group, a leader in the temporary staffing industry is currently seeking a Bilingual Spanish Recruiter to join our recruiting team at our Chicago, IL office.

In this position, you will recruit, prescreen, interview and evaluate potential temporary, light industrial employees applying recruiting centers while providing excellent customer service.

Role/Responsibilities:

1. Recruit light industrial, temporary employees by means of newspaper ads, on-line ads, Work Force Centers, flyers and/or various other recruiting methods.
2. Consult and coordinate with all team members to better understand the clients’ needs, and maximize level of service
3. Interview and evaluate potential temporary employees.
REQUIREMENTS
1.Bilingual English/Spanish
2.One year of related experience
3.Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft Office
4.High School Diploma
