Bilingual Customer Service Consultant (English/Spanish)

Serves as the primary contact point for insureds/agents for policy related inquiries. Respond to agents' and insureds' requests for interpretation of policy information, acceptability of risk, procedures, premium discrepancy, etc. Input endorsements, renewals, and insureds requested cancellations into on-line system in a timely and accurate manner. Process credit card payments.
REQUIREMENTS
Six (6) months previous customer service experience in an insurance-related environment preferred.

Typing experience with 25 WPM with an error ratio of less than 5% is required.

Fluent bilingual English/Spanish written and verbal communication skills required.
