We are looking for an intern who can help us manage the content for all of our beRecruiter web sites and web-based systems. The undergraduate student will perform the following tasks for each of our products mentioned below and will have a chance to work on projects for major media and entertainment companies:
Applicant Tracking System Edit and upload email templates, job descriptions, and online/interface Flash help guides for BeCruiter.net Create BeCruiter metric reports Create user interface mock-ups for new functions based on given specifications Routinely perform technical quality assurance testing
USA HR Community Web Site Research new areas of HR content and solicit and upload content onto intranet community. Identify potential areas of enhancements based on research and readily available studies
myFuture - Jobs & Careers Web Sites Research new areas of recruiting content to assist online employment marketing initiatives Create new areas of recruiting content and develop web pages using the content management system Create user interface mock-ups for new functions based on given specifications Routinely perform technical quality assurance testing
myOrientation - Online Orientation Web Sites Identify potential areas of enhancements based on user feedback, research, readily available studies and information on best practices Create user interface mock-ups for new functions based on given specifications Routinely perform technical quality assurance testing

Real Team Players Well-rounded, knowledgeable, hard-working, and have a sense of humor Individuals who bring their experience, ideas, and goals to the table and make everyday, every situation - a positive one Interested in learning about the full life cycle of creating web-based applications and websites Has a general understanding of how a website is put together using technology such as HTML, images, PDF, etc. Individuals who like to have fun Individuals who would like to enhance their web-based programming skills and experience in any Internet language such as Java, JavaScript, VBScript, DHTML, XML, PHP, SQL, AJAX, and Web 2.0 technology.
Individuals who would like to gain first-hand experience in using industry known applications such as Photoshop, Acrobat, Dreamweaver, Frontpage, and Captivate. Gigantic Attention To DetailThis Internship is on-going. (We'd like candidates to commit for at least one semester.) This Internship is for College Credit Only
You must have a strong knowledge and passion for technology, internet, marketing, and have the highest attention to detail.
Although this is a NON Paid, For College Credit Internship - you will receive a $25 weekly lunch stipend, free CD's, books, and a wealth of knowledge from a world-class entrepreneurial team!
