As a Behavior Coach you will provide direct, in-home service to clients as directed by Child and Family Teams, clinical teams, and client needs assessments. Creating and implementing behavior modification plans to teach new methods of dealing with challenging behaviors, i.e., anger management, self-control, and conflict-resolution skills. Life-skills training Identifying alternatives for caregivers in handling behaviors and monitoring progress in achieving goals. Participating in Child and Family Team Meetings. May also engage in a variety of supports such as peer support, mentoring, tutoring and occasionally transporting clients.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Sociology, Child Development, Education, or related field. One – Two years direct experience working with children and families in a clinical or educational setting. Bi-lingual preferred.
