Balanced Scorecard Analyst

(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest business consulting and systems integration firms dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.BearingPoint Public Services is currently searching for experienced Balanced Scorecard Analyst.Individuals will be responsible for working with a large government client as a part of a BearingPoint team member working primarily out of a downtown DC client site location, with limited travel outside of the DC Metro area. Individual will work with BearingPoint and client team members to develop and implement solutions to client challenges.Location - Washington DCRelocation - NoTravel- 0-25%Responsibilities:
Will include developing reports and processing data using Microsoft Access and developing and/or delivering training.Basic Skills required:

Experience with the COGNOS suite of applications.

Candidate should have strong experience developing reports and processing data using Microsoft Access.

Two to three years experience working with balanced scorecard.

Experience developing and/or delivering training

Experience working with small teams (2-5)

Strong verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated client-facing experience. Individual must be able to represent BearingPoint independently in front of the client.

Ability to work in a dynamic, fast paced
environment and pick up new skill sets quickly.

Experience with visual basic and sequel is preferred. Candidates with existing security clearances are preferred, but all candidates must be clearable. Experience working in federal financial management environment would also be desirable.
