BPM Process Analyst (MA/Cons/Sr. Cons)

(NYSE-BE) is one of the world's largest Management and Technology Consulting companies dedicated to aligning business and systems to empower Global 2000 companies and government organizations.The BearingPoint Technology Solutions team is currently searching for two BPM Process Analysts for our Integration Services team.Gather business requirements, facilitate client meetings, define and model processes for BPM solutions. Candidate should have solution design and process definition experience using a major BPM suite (e.g., Appian, FileNet, Savvion, Lombardi, Tibco) and subject matter expertise in one or more commercial segments.Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential and previous experience in a consulting environment will be highly regarded.Requirements/skills:Required Skills

Strong analytical and interpersonal skills

A minimum of three years professional work experience in a functional (requirements specification) role

A minimum of two years professional work experience in process design experience

A minimum of two years professional work experience suggesting process improvements

A minimum of two years professional work experience defining requirements for system automationPreferred Skills:

Previous consulting experience

Two years professional work experience as a subject matter expertise in a commercial segment

Two years professional work experience with BPMN

Two years professional work experience with a major BPM suite is a plus

Two years professional work experience with development life cycle is also a plusGeo location: Central and Western US preferred, all US considered.
Must be willing to travel 100% M-Th as necessary.
